Not the first time I've seen it. Slow did it back in the day too. :P

Oh and regarding the arrangement, the key is A (I was wrong; not A) D so fix that, and the intervals in measures 4 and 5 aren't completely right.
The first part has already been addressed in your arrangement thread though.
