The title is just "Steam Gardens".

Overall, nice work! But there are rhythm groupings to fix. Be sure to split up a note if necessary in order to show where beat 3 lands - do this in the left hand of measures 5-12, and other places where this occurs.

Composer should just be Koji Kondo.

There's also something funny going on with a dynamic under measure 46.

Before we get into the nitty gritty of note checking, there's one massive problem that needs to be addressed. While it sounds nice, it's just not pianistic at all. The way the melody changes hands and the unplayability of the RH really hurt this arrangement. Here's a suggestion for revamping the entire piece:

Try applying this to the entire piece.
Oh, and the tremeloes in the intro just don't work on piano. Make them solid chords.

edit: note that this version is not actually playable, but should give you ideas to work with to make this your own.
