I'd aim to keep the tempo consistent throughout, rather than writing some parts in half time. So for the opening section that's marked q=60, I'd double the note values and double the tempo which then gives you a better transition to bar 7. It makes it much more natural to read. And the same goes for the ending.

I'd also suggest putting a pause over the last note note in the second to last bar and then removing the last bar. It's just a tidier way of writing it. You could also add a sforzando on that chord for maximum impact. And is one of the notes overlapping weirdly on the final chord? Something doesn't look quite right...

Good job, that's a quirky track. Creepy indeed!
