Not at a keyboard/piano, but from a visual standpoint I would suggest a couple things:
- Pull those 8vas up a little bit. They are dipping into the notes a hair.
- Courtesy accidental on the A in the LH of M. 12.
- Courtesy accidental on the E in the RH of M. 20.
- This is super picky, but you could center the dynamic marking.

I'll bring you some more feedback when I'm able to check the notes.

Here's a first batch from me (excluding what Sebastian already mentioned):

-Your flute melody at measure 5-8 had a wrong note. And some wrong.. other things. Here's what it should look like barebones:

-Your F#s in the intro left hand riff should be G naturals. It's the blues scale in E. This also applies to the left hand in measures 5, 7, 9, 13, and 15.
-Can you fill up that chord on the downbeat of measure 5? It's more than just an octave. Bonus points if you find a way to somehow include the glissando.
-Measure 10, RH: The second F# should be a quarter note. If you really want to do it properly and use the tie, I would beam the entire song in groups of 2.
-Bonus points if you can include the brass bit in measure 11.
-Measure 12, RH: This run is an effort, but quite wrong. Plz fix with all rhythms, notes, and harmonies where playable. Ordinarily I'd try to see if I can't help fill it in right now myself a bit but I don't have that much time rn unfortunately. Take a crack at it yourself maybe first and see what you can do.
-Your ornament in measure 8, RH, should be a G natural (16th note), F# (16th note), E (eighth note (as you had)).
-If you want my opinion, I would make the G natural and following F# in measure 10 only an eighth note length.
-Repeat all the previous comments to repeated parts in later measures.
-Measure 18, RH: High B sounds like a trill in the original?
-Measures 19-20, RH: Those top notes in the last measure have upper mordents. Furthermore, maybe double check the intervals and harmonies here.
-Measure 10, LH: The last two eighth notes are A#s.
-Measure 18, RH: F# should be a B.
-Measures 19-20, LH: Your notes here are quite wrong (though you have the general idea of contour, yes). Measure 19 has jumping octaves for instance, and measure 20 does more than what you have notated. Different pitches, namely.
-Measure 18, LH: I would cut the B in the last eighth note here. The original bass line doesn't have it.
-Your left hand in measures 13-18 have a lot of wrong notes. I'd suggest slowing down the original to catch it all. Fortunately it isn't too hard to hear.

That should give you something to start with. Oh! Also! There's a lot more you could/should do with this sheet to make it more visually appealing. A good way to help this is to have a system with which to visually distinguish between melody and background (brass fills for instance). I could tell you how to do it or even tell you how I would likely do it but I won't so that you can give it a shot and gain that experience yourself. Try things out, and I'll give you feedback on it; suggestions and whatnot.

Okay, I took care of those things to the best of my ability. It definitely sounds better, but there are still a couple parts I'm unsure if they're 100% correct.
