Dang--I swear I listened to Hyrule Castle themes while trying to figure out where #8 was from, but always cut out after the first 40 seconds.

Let's just say I'd already been exposed to how "significantly easier" #7 is than I previously thought before Noc released his quiz.

I originally made this quiz with the intent of creating something that neither Dudeman nor mastersuperfan would have a chance of winning... But of course it ended up with a quiz that no one had a chance of winning. However, two lucky souls have correctly guessed a melody each, and that is a feat in and of itself that really shouldn't be understated.

Fortunately, my next quiz I have planned will be much, much easier than this (and probably quite a few of my earlier quizzes as well).

Anyhoo:

3 people have guessed so far. Of the melodies, 11, 13, 14, and 16 have not been guessed. One of these is the obscure melody.

Now for some basic information on the quiz (that may or may not help):

- There's 4 Mario melodies amongst these 16.
 - All of the main 4 series (Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, Kirby) get some representation.
 - Excluding Super Mario, every franchise only gets represented once.
 - There is no Yoshi. There just isn't.
 - It is possible for someone here to know the obscure melody.
