Care to elaborate a bit? Need one that crescendoes or diminuendoes? Any particular length in mind? Sticks or mallets? (If it isn't too important, finale can sort of do these too)

What about the length and shape? Does it need to start soft and get loud, or vice-versa (or just stay at one volume)?

How about it gets louder, and then muted. I would do it myself, but the band room is locked, and i dont own one.
