I update the files.

Removing the triplet rhythm as I agree with dudeman.
Funny story, it shows a triplet there, but there really isn't one. Long story. I fixed it, anyway.

changing the tempo to 130 instead of 120, which was too slow.
tempo change in the second bar to 150.
Yup. Except I made the second tempo a bit faster.

changed rhythms and notes which were missing from the second bar.
Got it.

Notate the 8th (tied to) 16th C's as a dotted 8th note and the 16th (tied to) 16th F's as an 8th note.
Also, I don't really agree with the tempo change in the second bar. I say keep it as q = 130 and decrease the note sizes of the guitar notes or write them as grace notes (like systems 1, 2 and 5 of this piece)

I agree. The three measures was bothering my OCD. Files updated.

Well, THC, I'd remove the last dyad in the second measure, and switch places of the tremolo notes.
