SPC to MIDI?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but anyway.  Does anyone know of any easy way to convert .spc files to .midi?  I'm on a Chromebook which is kind of restricted in terms of downloadable programs.  (Or if someone could convert them for me, that'd be fine, too.)

After doing some research, it looks like you'll need to download a program for that.
You can always Google it and see what comes up.

Last I checked, they don't do tempo right so you'll need a visual midi sequencer like... Idk I know fl studio does it but idk what's free...

Oh wait Chromebook... Um... I got no clue. Is there like a Wine equivalent to it or something??

The only converter I know of is spc2midi for windows so idk.
