Personally, I find resemblance in this to the release of Pikmin 2 back in 2004.

If this game is similar to Pikmin 2 I'll be happy. Honestly if it blends elements of 2 with 3 I'll be happy too. I just don't want another game to go and ignore the series's roots again.
