My last name's Ruigrok van de Werve: There's a website about the history of the Ruigrok part of my last name. The van de Werve (van de = from the) part is from some kind of property called "Landgoed te Werve" (property at the Werve). So that's something.


It's about half an hour ride by car though.

My dad's side comes entirely from Lithuania.
My mom's side is a big mix of stuff, but we are predominately Dutch, Irish and Czech (with bits of English, Flemish and German in there).

Just about all my relatives came to the US from Germany a long, long time ago.

My dad's side is Scottish, Irish, and a bit of English.

So basically, I'm white. Lol

My mom's side: Different parts of Europe, primarily Italy.
My dad's side: Mexico
