I'd drop the key changes, because they don't really occur as key changes, just chord changes..
If what Jompa said is true, it really is a big deal. There's a huge difference between key changes and chord changes.
If the entire song (meaning all instruments) obviously changes key for an extended period of time, it's a no-brainer. It's a key change.
But chord progressions exist in every single style of music (According to my definition of music that is).
If it doesn't change keys, it's a simple chord change and should not be written as a different key.Key changes are never used for chord progressions.
