Oh come on guys. If I met Harry Reid, or Obama, or some other Democratic figure I didn't like, it would still be a cool thing.

Plus we met him at Monticello-- 2 hrs from DC. How does that even happen.

I mean, while I detest Newt Gingrich's policies, whether or not I'd enjoy meeting a political figure mostly depends on whether I like them as a person. Herman Cain, for example, I'd love to meet. Newt Gingrich, however, is a pretty awful human being. Even without the exaggeration on the story about his first wife, I mean, goddamn.

*coughs* >_>

The polite thing is to cover your face and cross the street xD I can't get over what Newt said about the space program.

But I've never been able to recognize people on the street anyway, even when I know where they hang out. Couldn't even recognize Ian McKellan and Billy Crudup when I saw them walk out of a theatre once...

I seem to be missing a piece of my ear.

I met Ann Coulter once.

I mean, she isn't a political figure (though she basically is in a way)..

It's just cool to see someone from any political party or government, whether it be Socialist French President François Hollande or Conservative Canadian PM Stephen Harper.

Waddle Bro

I met Janne Kataja once.

(Oh, yeah... I'm not eating any wheat or any other grains (except organic steel cut oats and quinoa), dairy, sugar or drinking alcohol or coffee)

Eh, make sure you at least keep fructose in your diet(aka, fruits). Vital for proper brain function.

In my anthrop class we basically started talking about how bad wheat must be for you because of the health decline when plants and animals were domesticated.
unmotivated

Not really, it was a better, more efficient way to feed more people since herb and berry picking isn't so efficient. I think being in close contact with animals as a result was worse. Not all cultures domesticated wheat, either.
