Yeah. The most of Koji Kondo's music is really good..
.. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time "Title Theme" is so beautiful, and the Super Mario theme is super cool.

My favorite collection of music to date is the SSBB soundtrack! Especially the songs from OOT. The coplalation is excellent. Koji's still one of the best!

Oh man, this question is so hard for me to answer.  There is just so much amazing stuff.

In addition to the typical adoring lots of stuff from Zelda and Mario, I'll list some of my favorite soundtracks (specific songs would take too long)

Brawl, Kirby Air Ride, Metroid Prime, Diablo 2, Tetrisphere, Perfect Dark, Shadow of the Colossus, Gears of War, The Orange Box, Fable, and the theme song of Sourceforts.
