Also, do you gain anything from the Pokeathlon?

Of course you do - you gain Athlete Points, which can be exchanged for prizes like a different evolution stone every day of the week, rare candies, heart scales (only way to get them other than smashing rocks or catching Luvdisc, excluding trading them from Platinum), metal coats, dragon scales, etc.

Did you know if you do a link Pokeathlon, you get 500 extra points afterward instead of the usual 100?

And I hate the typical Pokemon that people use for their teams. I'm using one of them, true, but oh well...

I hate "strong" Pokemon (really aren't that great) such as Snorlax, Typhlosion (EVERYone has a Typhlosion!), the red Gyarados (how cheap can you get???), and ESPECIALLY Tyranitar! PEOPLE! TYRANITAR IS NOT THAT GREAT! I'm admittedly using Dragonite, but seriously???

And you do NOT need a Fire-type to beat the game! Aaargh! I feel like I'm preaching to no one here!  >:(

Fuck logic, that shit is boring, lame and does not always support my opinions.

Roz~

Haha, true. But Typhlosion's the strongest starter pokemon, so I guess that's why. But there are also a lot of people using Feraligatr. Anyway, I love fire-type, but not Typhlosion that much. I prefer good ol' Arcanine. And I was thinking, since a lot of people here have either Platinum or HG/SS, it could be fun to battle against each other one day, just to see how well we'd fare.  :)

Thanks. For a moment there I was worried, though. I almost needed to blow you.

SlowPokemon

It really would!

...Is there any way to get Wi-Fi on a DS game using WPA encryption key???

I'd probably be worst off. :) :) :) But it would be fun...

OH! If anyone has Battle Revolution, I CAN battle you! If you do, just pm me your friend code or something, and I'll be there! Of course, not many people have that game. Oh well.

:)

I think you need a WEP key to be able to use the Wifi on a DS.

And sadly I don't have that game. I'll try to get a used copy in the near future.

Yeah, I didn't really expect anyone to.

And I can use my internet on my DSi with WPA, but no Wi-Fi for my games. Gah...

I can do it on my Wii though.

So I'm open for Brawl, Mario Kart, or Revolution! :)

You'd need to change your router settings to be able to use Wi-Fi connection.
And I haven't played Brawl in ages... every time I was online, it lagged so much I couldn't even play properly. ><

Yeah. >.<

I'm typing this in rhythm with Professor Layton 3's theme... that song is so catchy it's scary.

I laugh when I'm playing Revolution with some random person, and my Wii resets itself (see my earlier posts about my odd Wii). They probably think I got frustrated and turned it off. :)

Yeah, that sucks. My router does the same thing when I'm battling online against friends and other people. It always happen when I'm battling. At least they don't think I d/c on purpose. It's completely retarded to do that imho.

Pretty depressing. Especially when I was winning. :(

Yeah, that's the most frustrating thing ever. You're kicking ass, and "A connection error as occurred". ...FUUUUUU. QQ

Umm, I was talking about my defective Wii - when it's been on for like 45 minutes to an hour, it randomly shuts off, and I need to unplug and replug it. Then wait for a half hour for it to cool down. >:(
