Ok, transcribing should be good (I'm really not sure), but now comes arranging and formatting. Any ideas with the arranging bit? Just moving the second layer up an octave doesn't seem to work very well.

But I just couldn't understand why the previous time-trial was so good. It was back when I used AUTOMATIC for goodness sake. That time-trial used; Bowser, in the Flame Flyer. I thought it would be easy to beat, but apparently not.

Also that new record used; Waluigi, in the Torpedo (or Spear, for you Americans), and hearing Waluigi make those silly noises was the only thing that made the 2-3 hours tolerable.

I FINALLY beat my old time-trial record for Mario Kart Wii's Rainbow Road.

My time's now 2:44:936.

I usually prefer sharps. There's no real reason, I just do.

The one thing I can think of is that during a performance, the transition from piano slaps and foot stomps to regular piano playing would be jarring, so I would suggest keeping something of that nature in measures 9 to around 12, just to ease into the main melody of the piece.

Basically my criticism in a nutshell. You could keep the beat in, and just make it go quieter through Measure 9 & 10. Or you could have it go quieter from Measure 8. Your choice.

The key signature(s) is/are frustrating me so much. I feel like the first half of the main section is in E flat Minor, then the latter half is in A flat Minor, but I'm really not sure. I don't even know what key signature the intro is in. Damn chromatics.

Also: the full, unedited bassline.

Also is there a particular reason to be avoiding C double flat? If the key signature was different, but still had the C double flat, would that be fine?

Most of the formatting I can accept, but I feel like Measures 5-8 are a bit too squished. I can't change that in NotePad (of course...), so I might have to get that fixed by someone.

Also I need to know what a good way to arrange that second bassline could be.
