Sorry for the bump. I'm interested in contributing to this project, but it seems like it's dead.

That's just because you've got the rhythms confused. In fact, it's actually just a bunch of dotted 8ths.
Well,

Help! / Messy Tuplet

I set upon transcribing this lovely piece of music (WarioWare D.I.Y. - Main Menu):
https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/warioware-d.i.y/11-03%2520Main%2520Menu.mp3
(I couldn't find a YouTube video on it)

I then came to the part about 11 seconds in. The melody includes 10 notes played within, I think, 2 measures.
The rhythm seemed to represent these 2 11-long tuplets. Even if this is correct, it looks really messy and is, quite frankly, a pain to read.
Is there a way to simplify this?

Listening with the .mid file in sync with the actual ost video, it seems your tempo is slightly too fast. Also, the notation for m3 and so forth is definitely not correct, as based on the .mid it's making a chord at rapid succession instead of what's played in the video.
I'm positive my tempo is correct. I also listened to it with the actual song and, on average, it didn't stray a bit.
Turns out I was using the wrong tremolo, so I fixed that.
just popping in real quick - don't use octave clefs for piano sheets.
Gotcha.

I would suggest having an 8va Treble Clef (treble with an 8 above it) instead of specifying that the right hand is up an octave.
m1 I don't really hear the f-e-g chain to the higher c in the video. Sounds to me like it's just a whole note throughout.
m2 I think is just g, not c&g
m8 should have a g in the left hand
m21 that g in the right hand should be an octave higher
Updated

There should be another measure after m41, I'm pretty sure.
I don't hear that

Ooh! I love this game! Also, this song is reminiscent of the P-switch theme from SMB 3 (or the toad house), which is interesting.

As for the sheet, you have one massive problem: half note = 150 is wayyy to fast. Halve all note values and put it in 4/4 with q=150

Fixed.

Nah, not really. The special thanks generally means someone who gave ideas or maybe a helped a little, but not enough to be counted as a co arranger.

In that case, it's fine to put "special thanks to (my  brother)" on the sheet, correct? Someone who "gave ideas or maybe helped a little" isn't very definitive.

When people write that, it means they helped out with arranging the sheet. It's not a dedication of any sort.
Well, I meant in terms of Ninsheetmusic policy, and the format of the sheets. Couldn't "person 1" who wrote "Special thanks to (person 2)" have written "Arranged by (person 1) and (person 2)?"
It seems to me that if it's acceptable to write "special thanks to (person 2)" if they helped out a little to write the sheet, it would be acceptable to write "special thanks to (my brother)" (or something of the like) if he inspired me to make this sheet. And, by consequence, helped out.
Sorry if I sound demanding, I just don't understand the issue.

Probably not. I'm not sure how they'd feel about their name being put on a sheet published on the internet. In addition, we don't really do that here.

The person I'm arranging this for is my brother and I would use his alias, not his real name, so he's okay with that. And I've seen some sheets that have "special thanks to (insert name here)" on them, so why is this much different?

Why did Shado want them off site?

There's a Synthesia tutorial on that, but it would just need to be converted to sheet music.
And maybe tone it down a notch, because that looks impossible. Or I guess make it a duet.

My brother was pretty bummed that this song isn't on site (it's his favorite song from the game), but I don't have much time or desire to transcribe it myself.

Although I must say, those are some pretty sweet piano riffs near the beginning!
