Quote from: random_goldfish on May 10, 2008, 08:33:41 PMNow to the new Kirby arrangement...I love it! I want to play Super Star again...*runs to SNES*
thanks!

Quote from: Nintendude73 on June 12, 2008, 11:41:54 AMThere are some really clashy chords in this song, in particular measures 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, and 32.  Are these all supposed to sound like that?  (32 looks like it may have been an accident actually, but I don't want to mess with it.)

mmm... yeah.  If you listen to the original (or even my playing of it on youtube) you'll see that that's how it's supposed to be.  On paper it looks bad, but it works.  Would this have been accepted if not for that?

Quote from: random_goldfish on April 28, 2008, 12:17:26 PMMan...what I would do to get a full copy of Finale...that Garriton Personal Orchestra...*drools*

*dreams of a day when $600 will be a pittance that can spent on something as great as finale*

Anywho, I've fixed up the MM3 Title Theme; key signature is added and it's all spiffed up.

whoa. just stumbled across this topic.
I have nothing analytical or smart-sounding to say, just that I wish I had had these arrangements throughout middle/high school during all the time I was in band/orchestra/jazzband/symphony orchestra/etc.
I always wanted to suggest playing video game arrangements in the ensembles, but I had neither the sheets, nor the balls.
Sigh.

Again, amazing work.

well... I don't know about no more heroes, but the Nest of Evil theme sounds great so far.  It might be a bit hard (especially if you play it at the speed it is in the final rooms near the bottom XD), but there's nothing that looks undoable, even for a loser like me.

10%-14%? interesting numbers XD

well, in the five minutes since implying that there must be some illegal way to get it, I found that Print Music can do what I need.  Yay.

I'm just curious.  Obviously many members of this site have full(er) versions of Finale; beyond Notepad at least.  Are all of you really spending the hundreds of dollars that the makers are selling it for?  Or... am I missing something...........?

all the same... is there a way to add in a key signature in post-production?  When I use the key sig. tool in finale it always changes the notes completely (moving them up or down).

love the Catacombs!

but uh... err... I already submitted the Wily Stage theme from MM5 and it was added to the site this morning.

Piano Arrangements / Re: Awasai's arrangements

sorry, but I'm really inept when it comes to adding in key signatures in Finale (everything... stops working when I do).  Could someone help me out?

Piano Arrangements / Re: Pump_heart's arrangements

^ well that's not very constructive now!

Impossible seems to be the key word.  Are there any other parts in the piece that could be substituted for the nearly constant 16th runs?  Those really destroy any chances of a real person playing it.
