Okay okay, that makes sense. I removed the courtesies on m28 since the key signature being right next to it makes sense to me lol.

Quote from: Latios212 on March 17, 2024, 05:39:58 PMOne thing though, it looks like you've missed the Gn in m. 5 beat 1.

Quote from: goldenscruff on March 10, 2024, 12:20:23 AMm10 Ab should be G#. Even though it's descending chromatic motion, everything around here is naturals or sharps.
It seems that I forgot to update the PDF, as this was fixed in the musx file, oop.

Quote from: goldenscruff on March 10, 2024, 12:20:23 AMm21 is missing courtesy accidental in LH

m28 should have courtesy accidentals on Gn
So I'm a little unsure how many courtesy accidentals I should put in sections like this. Like should I be putting one on the F# and C# or is just the first beat fine? I've had a streamer sight read it and he didn't have much confusion about it so I'm assuming just having one thing is fine.

Quote from: goldenscruff on March 10, 2024, 12:20:23 AMm62 I hear this bar as a Gmaj7. Maybe change b2.0 and  maybe 4.0 to F# in LH.
I change the LH arpeggio so that only the first and last note plays G, the rest of the Gs I moved down to F#

Quote from: goldenscruff on March 10, 2024, 12:20:23 AMm67 I hear F# in the cello/viola not E
I'm hearing a middle voice go D (m66) - E. I added the F# and kept the E

Quote from: Latios212 on March 07, 2024, 05:15:56 PMWhich C and E? I currently hear it as Kricketune has it
In the RH, instead of A and C on b5, though its more that I hear the flute go up to the E then jump down to B rather than walk down.

I swear if legends Z-A doesn't find a way to shove this tune in the game...

heres a few little things i noticed :)
  • m12 LH b2 sounds like B rather than F# to me
  • m16 RH b5 I hear C and E here
  • m27 RH b4-6 there's a harmony going C - B - C here

OH, also you should put slurs over the melody and on b1 of the LH for m5-11, 13-15, 17, 18 as well as in the arpeggios at the end

Sorry for the delay! I added the Low Gravity version and made the changes mentioned above.

There's a lot going on in this piece, but I tried to simplify it in some spots for piano

Olimar12345 has an arrangement of those on his site
Fly Octo Fly - Ebb and Flow

as well as other splatoon arrangements if you're looking for those

I think that's a valid point. There's only one other Four Swords sheet on the site so it would be something easy to change, I feel. Though I think labelling it that would be a little confusing when navigating the site. While the game is bundled with alttp, there isn't any tracks from the alttp portion that are unique to this bundle. Additionally, the game did release separately as Four Swords Anniversary Edition. As for the example you gave, it is listed as the Definitive Edition because the additional story is not considered a separate game (unlike Torna, which has a physical release and a separate soundtrack release)

EDIT: I actually think a good argument for making the change is Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. Since that game only has new music from Bowser's Fury, but 3D World is still part of the game title

So I recently finished playing Xenoblade Chronicles and this track has been stuck in my head ever since. I only cried once during the game, and it was during one of the scenes where this track plays (and it was about a character I didn't even care about 😭). There's a lot going on in this piece harmonically and melodically, but for the sake of it being a piano solo I took away some of the complexities as to not distract from the core emotion.

Quote from: Code_Name_Geek on January 18, 2024, 11:18:22 AMWoah, this is awesome! I love the StreetPass games, happy to see some arrangements for them!
They're great! I'm planning to do Find Mii 2 and maybe some of the other tracks from the game someday.

I got rid of the Db, it makes it more consistent anyways.

Throwback to when I played the anniversary edition and I would sing this song every day for like 4 months
