You must have phrased that badly. After all, you don't actually think that things were better if nothing changed right? I think environmental protection and food safety is a good thing, for starters. And a safety net. Tactics could always be better, but in some cases, you really need to order things. There's no problem with that. What the problem is, is that there are people that know better but are purposely hindering progress or improvements. Also Bush declared a war (some people call him and Cheney war criminals, can you imagine?) and it's cost so much money and Iraq is not really much better off today, with the useless army and militants running things.

He asked "how suing the president isn't the most childish thing in existence," and that's what I'm addressing. If anything, the lawsuit is a broad statement about the need to rein in presidential power rather than about the employer mandate (which Republicans really don't want implemented anyhow, and will probably already be implemented by the time a decision is reached on the lawsuit).
I'm definitely not going to argue that this lawsuit is a wise decision, because it isn't. It's a waste of time. However, the ability to sue the president retains its value-- to challenge the Constitutionality of an act and draw public attention. @Fierce, the lawsuits against Clinton and Reagan were actually both successful.

But to open the can of worms that you're talking about Ruto, executive orders are 100% unconstitutional. All legislative powers reside in Congress, and the most the executive branch can do is enforce and order the enforcement of preexisting laws. The President's "We Can't Wait" policy initiative is read literally as an intent to bypass Congress. Have past presidents used executive orders? Absolutely. Have some of them been helpful in the end? I would say so. But there are currently no limits on what can be ordered, because the law allowing for it doesn't exist. The necessary steps to make executive orders Constitutional have been ignored, and presidents have taken creative liberties in reading Article II.

It's another check on separate powers, something progressives have hated since the Wilson Era (or at least, when it's against their own party). Bush, Clinton, and Reagan were all sued by members of Congress during their time in office. If anything, it's much less childish than threats of impeachment.

Attraction was the wrong word. Health. Real skinny looks gross, which is unhealthy and unattractive.

I'm always surprised by how fat shaming occurs but skinny shaming doesn't. The people who have ridiculously fast metabolisms and look like skin and bone look way less attractive than chubby people, imo.

Hadn't played Mario Kart 7 so this was a huge surprise. Zero-gravity, flying, and underwater? Wat. Still loads of fun though. They've stuck to what makes Mario Kart great.

A little disappointed by the fact that secret characters will race you as CPUs before you even unlock them. And they're all Koopalings -.- Very little thought there.

Well said you two. Hard to think that the end came so soon after a celebration of a new beginning.
Thoughts and prayers to Larissa, Lizzie, and their families.

^^ that's exactly what I'm talking about. Everyone always asks in YouTube comments, "where are the lyrics?" They don't really get it.

Could have sworn there was some word for that though.

There's a term for this... what is it? When an artist/composer uses a choir in the background and it sounds like they're speaking real words, even a foreign language, but in actuality it's made up and doesn't mean anything.

I normally don't get into this kind of stuff, but I'm watching the video that guy Elliot Rodger made before he went on the shooting spree. If you really just sit back and listen to him, it's genuinely terrifying. Holy shit. I don't even know how to explain how I'm feeling other than that. I keep waiting for him to laugh and say everything he's saying is a joke but its all real

3 days later responding to this.

Just watched the video. It's really amazing. The way he speaks and addresses the "injustice" is like something out of a movie. I was literally comparing him to psychotic villains in films who blame humanity for something incidental or something that was their own fault. This guy had serious issues.

[WII] Rayman Origins – "Lum King" – spitllama [ZIP]

[GCN] Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door – "Story of the Thousand-Year Door" – spitllama [MUS]

Olimar12345:
-The arrangement overall has too much voice/hand crossing and doubled notes in hands. Go through it and weed out all the things written for both hands and make a decision of which hand will play what. An easy way to fix this is to play it at a piano and adjust it to how you play it.
-Try to be consistent with your layer voices. Sometimes have one, sometimes you have two, other times you have four. Just try make it consistent throughout sections.
-Using the pedal might be helpful in places of this arrangement.
-The last eighth note in measure 68 should be a Db in the staff.
-You've got two hands playing the same note in measures 69-71. I'd suggest moving the Eb down an octave in the LH.

[WII] Super Mario Galaxy 2 – "Clock Time Attack" – spitllama [MUS]

Olimar12345:
-Use a slur mark to emphasize the weight of the notes not marked with a staccato mark (measures 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17).
-Change the Eb's in measure 16 to D#'s to correct the harmony.
-You're missing another voice that plays in harmony with the RH from 10-17.
-Add the upper octave of G's to the RH from measures 34-37.
-The 16th note pick ups into measure 18 in the RH are extremely demanding. Fast repeated notes at this tempo in this fashion aren't something you usually ask pianists to do (the wrists work on a Z-axis, not an X-axis). I would recommend leaving out a voice. Cut either the last bit of the melody or the pick ups.
-At 42 the LH should be planing perfect fifths, not octaves.
-Change the C# in 35 to a Db, and add a courtesy accidental to the F natural. Also add a courtesy accidental to the C natural and D natural in 36. Do this every time this melody happens.
-Move everything to the first layer if there is only one layers' worth of stuff in said section lol.

Olimar12345: Go ahead and throw in a couple more since we didn't get any of yours in the last update.

spit: Great

Olimar12345:
3) Put separate links for all your files (MUS, Midi, and PDF) for each sheet.

No Zip files, pls.

Please tell me you're going to replace the horrible "Ship" arrangement on the site with "Departure."

Is so good.
