I set upon transcribing this lovely piece of music (WarioWare D.I.Y. - Main Menu):

(I couldn't find a YouTube video on it)
I then came to the part about 11 seconds in. The melody includes 10 notes played within, I think, 2 measures.
The rhythm seemed to represent these 2 11-long tuplets. Even if this is correct, it looks really messy and is, quite frankly, a pain to read.
Is there a way to simplify this?

That's just because you've got the rhythms confused. In fact, it's actually just a bunch of dotted 8ths.
