Notes look good, but this entire sheet is squished and needs more breathing room. When the bassline gives equal space to 8ths and quarters, that's usually the sign you went too far
I took all of these points on board. I agree, four bars per line made everything too squished. (I was trying to keep the sheet down to only two pages :P)

m7-8 RH - should be A-C#-F# and m8 needs the dots on the whole notes
m11-12 RH - should be G-D-E
These both apply to the rest of the song. If you want, you can leave out the bottom note for m15 and 31, although it's playable with them.
