When the flute comes in at measure 43, I'm hearing notes that aren't written. It that intentional?
I would suggest having the melody in octaves at 49. This is where the piece's orchestration builds up and needs more sound. Adding a lower octave would help the overtones sing.

Yes, I did intentionally leave out the piano part in that section

I respectfully disagree. I honestly think it's fine how it is.
Quick check:
Did you intentionally write different notes in m26-28? Is that A in m48 supposed to be an octave higher? (I don't hear any octave jump in the OST) In m65-68 the melody in the OST is super soft, while the bass has still a pretty high volume, so maybe you should put different dynamics for LH and RH. But if that was an intended change, I agree, I would prefer both hands piano like you wrote.
Alright, yeah, those were mistakes that must have resulted from copy+paste errors.
Also checked it up and removed a few notes that were barely audible when the song was played at more than 50% speed.
