Title: Purple1222119's Orchestral Arrangements! [Update 6/21/17] (Mario RPGs!)
Post by: Purple1222119 on July 04, 2015, 01:52:44 AM
I've worked on quite a few tracks since the last time I posted here, please check it out! Thanks for listening. :)

Here is a link to my channel. (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmFPCL8C2uA5FiBB-BDZzFA)

So far I've completed the first 3 Mario & Luigi RPGs, but those are old now lol.

I've got new upgraded samples, so my orchestrations are much better quality!

I'm currently working on orchestrating Super Mario RPG, as well as revisiting Superstar Saga!

I've also done World Revolution from Chrono Trigger.

Old Tracks:
Boss Battle (Partners in Time)
Rogueport (Paper Mario: TTYD)
K.K. Adventure (Animal Crossing: New Leaf)
Final Exam (LoZ: Spirit Tracks)
N Final Battle (Pokemon Black and White)
Mine Cart Madness (Donkey Kong Country)
Undyne/Spear of Justice (Undertale)
Dancing Mad (Final Fantasy VI)

I've also made a Facebook (https://goo.gl/gQ7WTm), Twitter (https://goo.gl/3fl1ND), and Patreon (https://goo.gl/SvRjRR).

For the audio workstation, I use Podium Free. (http://zynewave.com/podium-free) I work with .sfz files, and this free player (http://www.plogue.com/products/sforzando/) gets the job done very well. And I use a variety of samples, mainly the Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra, (http://sso.mattiaswestlund.net/) and whatever other samples I can find online for free. Everything I use is completely free to download, because I can't really afford anything fancier at the moment. These get the job done very well though!

Since the last time I've posted here, I've completed the entire soundtrack to Superstar Saga, and this week I am uploading one track per day on my channel. It would be awesome if you could check it out! Thanks.

Lots more on my channel now! I posted Spear of Justice from Undertale a little while ago, and I just finished Dancing Mad from Final Fantasy VI! That 17 minute orchestration was my most ambitious piece to date, and I put a lot of love into it.
