Bar 29: The bass here is G-G-E-D-G-G-E-D
Bar 32: The bass here is the same as in bar 5.

What I am mainly referring to is how you start out the piece with a "bass-on-the-1-and-chord-on-2-&-3"-thing, right? BUT that immediately ends when you get to the main melody part, in where there's almost nothing interesting happening. I have not heard the original, so I MIGHT be an idiot here, but wouldn't it be better to keep up that same pattern in the left hand? It wouldn't be too difficult playing-wise, so I don't see why not. You are doing it in the late parts of the song.

But the fact that you don't like the "rules of either sharps or flats", sounds like you don't know much about harmony.
Stabling a chord D Gb A is not the same as stabling a chord D F# A, because the chord is D-major, not D(omit3b11). It's not "the same darned thing".
In the case of Gb-major this would as good as never result in using sharps. Which is the basis of why I to begin with said that there's no point using sharps in Gb-major.

Not understanding harmony is fine if you're not a musician, and you only want to get that piece of sheet music into the fingers as fast as possible, forever staying ignorant of the harmony underneath. Only then, you get to call it "the same darned thing".
But mariolegofan, who's arranging this piece, may wan't to learn something from his arranging experiences, and so he's not in the same boat as those who think rules of music theory is stupid. Same goes for me.

Measure#41: accidentals. It's a C-flat-major-triad, so use C-flat instead of B-natural.

You have quite a lot of wrong chord progression.
Take this knowledge with you: In this song it's quite simple to see what's wrong because of the bass (which you got right). And that is because; for every chord the bass generally only plays two notes, and those are the root and the fifth of the chord. So out of that it's easy to see what the chord progression is just from the bass.

You had wrong chord progression in these measures:
#39: the first half of the measure is F-minor, while the second half is B-flat.
#47: the first half of the measure is F-minor.
#48: as the bass suggests, the chord progression goes to E-flat in this measure, not B-flat.
#49: sure yeah, it's a D-triad, BUT it's not a D-diminished-triad, EVEN THOUGH that's what the key signature suggests. In this measure, for the sole purpose of "sounding better", this song leaves it's key signature for a moment and uses a D-minor-triad.
#50: you are on to something when you use a G-minor instead of a G-major in the first half of this measure - because yeah, it's not a G-major before the second half of the measure. However, it's not a G-minor in the first half of the measure - it's a G-suspended chord.

Just make sure that the gliss. notation in bar 2 on the 2nd and 3rd beat is before the chord, not after.

You should also include more of the bass rhythms. The bar 1 bass line is more than just singular beats. The chord is played twice followed by a repetition of the original C/G before modulating.

Also, a great job. Spot on but that tie in the left hand at the end doesn't look quite right.

Other nonspecific stuff:
Most are simpler songs, so it appears like not that much work was put in. I'd recommend choosing harder songs to show your skill and  recommending easier songs for newer arrangers. And if a song feels boring, just add more stuff in. You definitely need to try harder stuff, not more songs with complex notes, but songs that are harder because of the many voices involved. Don't be worried if these take a while. They're worth it. Good luck. Have fun.

- It kinda changes between being E-minor, B-dominant phrygian and normal B-major, but it definitely spends the majority of the song in B-dominant phrygian, which is also where it always seems to land on after every minor "cadence". And try to be more consistent with choosing sharps or flats. If the key is not changing, you should not have to use many of the other.

And this is not really the song that would make someone think, "Wow! This would make a great piano piece!" But you did a good job with it nevertheless. And there were a few note barring errors at the beginning and end, but you should be able to fix those pretty easily.

Guessing E-harmonic minor like maelstrom did isn't too off-mark, as the two modes use the exact same notes, but this song has an extremely well established tonic for songs in dominant phrygian (which normally have a tendency to point us in the direction of the key on the subdominant - the key with this one as its dominant, which in this case is E-minor (thinking from it's dominant; we have B-dominant phrygian). But there is no hint of E-minor becoming the tonic at all. It's definitely B-dominant phrygian here until the repetition.
btw mlf, could it be the two D-flats in measure#19 should be D-sharps instead, and that you just typed wrong?

THE STORY FEEDBACKS
Instead of tying notes together, use pedal markings. It gives an even better feeling to the music. Good arrangement though!

One thing I would change have the Swing tempo function and replace all the crotchet-quaver triplet groupings with just quavers. The Swing function should make it swing appropriatly and your piece would look much neater as well as fitting the style of the piece.

Also, this piece is certainly not 12/8 and you were correct to put it in 4/4. This is because 12/8 is a compound time signature and has 3 even pulses per beat (Listen to Gruntilda's Lair and divide each beat into three to see what I mean). This piece only has 2 even pulses per beat, hence making it a simple time signature. You should be able to divide each beat into 2 separate pulses.

-Note and rhythm wise, it's fantastic.
