First of all, you have an extra hyphen at the end of the Blue Laguna URL. :P
One great MP3 website would have to be http://gh.ffshrine.org. It's a bit hard to navigate, but they have all sorts of stuff.

Topic Stickied. :P

To download full game OSTs off of khinsider, you either have to have people click your refer link, or make 100 posts on their forums then 1 every time after that.
You should note that vgmusic has fan made midis, while the other 3 are OSTs

http://www.ffshrine.org/ has some good midis for Final Fantasy games. I don't know if the midis are fan-made or not.

Khinsider now makes you use zango.  It should be removed from the list.

I tend to get my mp3s straight from youtube. I use audiothief (http://www.audiothief.com/) cause it's quick and painless.
It's not something I think would make it on the list 'cause it's not a direct download but I thought I'd mention it.

Your audiothief link be derp.

While you're at it, you can add FLVTO (http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=flvto&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&sqi=2&ved=0CC8QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.flvto.com%2F&ei=Fa_KUJ-JGNKmqwHtzoHACA&usg=AFQjCNEtJFDE_nvKhq7-5DXZid-v2xm3Hw&bvm=bv.1355325884,d.aWc). I used to use it but switched to audiothief because it started giving me all these error messages..
I'm assuming it's only happened to me and should work ok for everyone else because that sort of thing tends to happen to me on a somewhat regular basis.

This is great.  And Dudeman, the site is fickle.  Sometimes it works, sometimes not.  Do they provide download links WarioMan?

Seconded. This site has great stuff with good tags, with the exception of Kid icarus: uprising and Metroid: Fusion.

How could anyone miss http://musescore.org. That has XMLs, MIDIs, MP3s, MSCZs, and PDFs.

Also http://noteflight.org which can export as WAV, MIDI and XML.

These are programs. Not websites. I'm not sure you get the purpose of this topic.

You can search on Musescore for many songs. And you can download them as MIDI.

The problem with Musescore is that the MIDIs you get can be made by anyone and are not certain to capture the song correctly. The sites mentioned previously here are mainly VGM specific, and people at those sites attempt to capture a fully accurate MIDI.

I'm not sure if this is the best place to note this, but you can use Banjo's Backpack (http://banjosbackpack.com/) to export the midi files used within Banjo-Kazooie (instruments are messed up because a different soundfont (http://banjosbackpack.com/forums/showthread.php?7910-How-does-BB-convert-instruments-with-MIDI-imports&p=155345#post155345) is used, and some of the midis are multiple songs (EG underwater, main, etc), but it's a starting point).

I actually went though and exported all of the midis (they sound pretty bad when using the wrong soundfont).  I probably could upload a zip of them if someone's interested.

As far as I can tell, this website probably does not contain MIDIs or MP3s...

...but raw audio files, especially the readable-as-sheet-music .nsf's, are even better!

http://www.zophar.net/music contains more than a thousand .nsf's (readable with NSFImporter, which you can get for free here (http://rainwarrior.ca/projects/nes/nsfimport.html)) and several other file types that people may have figured out how to read. I used this as a source for one of my upcoming transcriptions.

If anyone wants, I can export SNES, DS, and GBA midis, although the GBA midis are kind of messy.
